About

A team of billing specialists who understand doula care — from the first prenatal visit through the last postpartum check-in.

About Us

Cost shouldn't decide who gets a doula

Doula Billing is a company of medical coding experts supporting business solutions since 2012. Families consistently name cost as the reason they go without doula support — even as more Medicaid programs and insurers begin to cover it. When you bill insurance, you open your practice to families who could never pay out of pocket, grow your revenue, and lessen the administrative burden that comes with it.

Doula Billing compensation is based on a percentage of payments collected for you, not on an hourly rate or monthly fee, so you will always come out ahead and be profitable.

Experienced

We've been in the billing industry since 2012, across perinatal care and a range of other healthcare specialties.

Fair Fees

Percentage-based and volume-tiered, with no monthly retainer. We only get paid when you get paid.

Doula-Specific

Our staff know state doula benefits, visit limits, managed care enrollment and the rules for billing a birth — not generalists learning on your claims.
